Warranty Policy

At PixelMax, we are committed to providing high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. Therefore, all our products come with a 1-year warranty.

Our warranty policy is designed to protect you against Manufacturing Defects. If you experience any issues with your purchase within the warranty period, we will gladly assist you in resolving the problem.

To avail of the warranty, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team at hello@pixelmax.aeΒ Β or call us at +9714-2274917Β to initiate the warranty claim process.
  2. Provide us with the necessary details, including your order number and a description of the issue you are facing.
  3. Our support team will guide you through the next steps, which may include troubleshooting or returning the product for inspection.
  4. If the issue cannot be resolved remotely, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the product to us.
  5. Once we receive the product, our technical team will thoroughly inspect it to determine the cause of the issue.
  6. If the issue is covered under warranty and is not a result of misuse or accidental damage, we will either repair or replace the product, free of charge.
  7. If a replacement is provided, it will be of the same model or a comparable model if the original is no longer available. Replacement is for Device Only and not accessories.
  8. The repaired or replaced product will be shipped back to you at no additional cost.
  9. If any product received is defective, i.e. defective when delivered, You receive full refund or Brand New Replacement on Top Priority. Just notify us immediately, latest within 1 day of delivery along with sufficient evidence like unboxing videos, to support the defects or damages to consider the same.Β 
  10. We guarantee cellular unlocked phones, meant to work with any sim network globally. OEM lock/ unlock is not guaranteed.

Please note that our warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear. Any kind of physical damage voids the warranty. Additionally, any damage resulting from unauthorized repairs or tampering will void the warranty.

It may take 2 to 14 working days in normal case, ultimately depends on the issue and availability of spares to get the device back to you. The precise timeline will be communicated to you once the device is received, issue is diagonised and inspected. It may take longer in some cases especially due to non-availability of spare parts locally.Β  Β Β 

It is important to keep your proof of purchase, such as the order number, as it may be required to validate your warranty claim.
