To avail of the warranty, please follow these steps:

2. Provide us with the necessary details, including your order number and a description of the issue you are facing.
3. Our support team will guide you through the next steps, which may include troubleshooting or returning the product for inspection.
4. If the issue cannot be resolved remotely, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the product to us.
5. Once we receive the product, our technical team will thoroughly inspect it to determine the cause of the issue.
6. If the issue is covered under warranty and is not a result of misuse or accidental damage, we will either repair or replace the product, free of charge.
7. If a replacement is provided, it will be of the same model or a comparable model if the original is no longer available.
8. The repaired or replaced product will be shipped back to you at no additional cost.

Please note that our warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear. Any physical damage voids the warranty. Additionally, any damage resulting from unauthorized repairs or tampering will void the warranty.
